The Social Investment Fund For Local Development (FISDL) deals with local development  aimed at eradicating extreme poverty nationwide. It is the executing and coordinating body of the Solidarity Network Program in charge of technical and financial management in conjunction with ministries and other executing institutions including Town Halls.
