The Emergency Social Investment Fund (FISE) promotes, finances and works with sustainable investment programs to develop human, social and physical capital in poor communities within the nation. Their goal is improving quality of life and granting opportunities to involve communities in the economy under the principles of social equity, solidarity and transparency.
